I used to get spammed like that a ton, and just be able to delete the comment with no side effects. But, as it is inevitable, the spammers got smarter. Now, if you click the "delete comment" button, it just redirects me to the shopatmacysfree.com link. And here's the icing on the cake: THE COMMENT WON'T DELETE. So, I've been hacked and phished.
