Google Local in Universal Search

I’ve only seen it a few times, but Google sometimes puts the local results in the middle of the SERPs instead of at the top:

Reloading the page sometimes moves the Google Map to the top, or removes it completely, but at the moment for that query it usually appears in the middle of the SERP.
